Use of the abc333 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum with no exceptions.
• You are a resident of or located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You hold a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) card or equivalent government-issued identity document sufficient to complete KYC verification.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order previously placed through your abc333 Account or through any related responsible gaming programme.
• You are not accessing the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of a third party, employer, or organisation that has prohibited gambling.
• You have not previously had an abc333 Account permanently closed for violation of these Terms.

abc333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours of the request — may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Age Verification. abc333 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. During the KYC process, every Player must submit a clear copy of a government-issued identity document confirming date of birth. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or above will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance held in such an Account will be forfeited. abc333 may report attempts by minors to access the Platform to appropriate authorities.

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on abc333. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity. Where abc333 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, Bonus Funds will be voided, and abc333 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. abc333 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the Player.

Account Security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and OTP access — secure and confidential. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. abc333 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact abc333 support immediately via live chat.

KYC Completion. While basic account access is available upon registration, withdrawal functionality requires successful completion of the KYC process. KYC documents must be submitted through the Account dashboard and will be reviewed by the abc333 verification team within 24 hours. Players are encouraged to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

• Accepted identity documents: Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of mobile number: the registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account must match the name on the identity document.
• Additional documentation may be requested for withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

All financial transactions on abc333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abc333 does not charge Players for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees independently of abc333.

Deposits. The minimum deposit on abc333 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance almost instantly upon confirmation of the mobile money transfer. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank internet banking, Visa, and Mastercard. abc333 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (24/7 BST). Withdrawals are sent to the bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered to your abc333 Account — third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted. abc333 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, wherever technically possible.
• abc333 does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, accounts belonging to third parties.
• abc333 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
• In the event that a Player's Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, abc333 will determine in its sole discretion whether any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) is eligible for withdrawal.

Failed Transactions. If a deposit is debited from your mobile wallet but does not appear in your abc333 Balance within 15 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number. abc333 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours of the report.

abc333 offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must place total bets of ৳20,000 using those Bonus Funds before withdrawal becomes available. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.

Bonus Fund Validity. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to the required level within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically. abc333 does not extend bonus validity periods except in cases of documented technical error on the Platform's part.

Bonus Abuse. abc333 monitors Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional terms across multiple accounts, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is identified, abc333 reserves the right to void the Bonus Funds, void any winnings derived from those funds, and close the Account permanently.

• Each promotion is available to a Player once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn — they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement.
• abc333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions are available to Players who have completed KYC verification only, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, abc333 may deduct the unearned portion of Bonus Funds from the withdrawable Balance.

As a registered Player on abc333, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following obligations apply to every Player at all times:

• You will provide truthful and accurate information at registration and during KYC verification, and will promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes.
• You will use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. Using abc333 on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or organisation is prohibited.
• You will not attempt to access, tamper with, or exploit any software vulnerability, algorithm, or technical feature of the Platform for financial gain beyond normal gameplay.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, interact with games, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• You will not engage in any activity that could constitute match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion in connection with any sporting event offered on abc333's betting markets.
• You will not attempt to launder money or use abc333 to conceal or disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• You will not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward abc333 support staff or other Players.
• You will cooperate fully and promptly with any reasonable request from abc333 for identity verification, source of funds documentation, or account activity explanation.

Responsible Gaming. abc333 strongly encourages all Players to use the Platform's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your Account dashboard at any time. Technical Issues. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, abc333 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. abc333 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the Player's end.

Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your abc333 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. If your request is for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — the Account will be closed immediately and permanently or for the period you specify. If the closure request is routine, any remaining real-money Balance after deduction of active bonus amounts will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account within 5 business days.

Suspension or Closure by abc333. abc333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Account belongs to a Player under the age of 18.
• Discovery that the Player has opened multiple Accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person policy.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement directing abc333 to restrict the Account.
• Extended inactivity — an Account that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant; abc333 will contact the registered mobile number before any dormancy action is taken.

Where abc333 closes an Account for a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Prohibited Activities will be forfeited. abc333 will determine in its sole discretion, following investigation, whether any portion of the real-money Balance remains withdrawable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether abc333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Platform Availability. abc333 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond abc333's reasonable control. abc333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform's notification system wherever practicable.

Third-Party Game Providers. Games available on abc333 are supplied by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. abc333 does not control the underlying software of these games and is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within the game provider's systems. In the event of a confirmed game provider error, abc333 will liaise with the relevant provider to reach a fair resolution.

Player Responsibility. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in games and betting markets on abc333 at your own risk and that losses are a normal part of gambling. abc333 is not responsible for gambling-related financial losses, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a guarantee of winnings or returns. You must only gamble with funds you can genuinely afford to lose.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through abc333's internal complaints process should be submitted to abc333 support in writing, with abc333 committing to respond within 10 business days. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms applicable to active bonuses on your Account, constitute the entire agreement between you and abc333 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
